What kind of CTA would you recommend for a local painting company? Would it be to book an estimate, or just a form they should fill out to get a free guide for something to capture their name and email? Great video btw

Yes, a free estimate could work. I'd also think about some of the objections that people might have in your industry, like "will they actually turn up?" or "will they leave the house clean and tidy". You could offer the 'no show' guarantee, or the 'spotless promise' in a benefits bar to position yourself ahead of other competitors. And don't forget to use personality on your site too - so many local painting sites are super generic, stock photos etc and very little passion in the copy. All of this you can exploit to your gain :D
