We’re back with a 35 Minute 6 x 6 Full Body Dumbbell Workout with exercises hitting upper, lower, & cardio! Were hitting hitting total body then a shoulder burner at the end🔥🔥
The first few rounds will seem like a breeze, but then things are going to heat up!!
Grab 2 medium/ dumbbells, water, & a sweat towel and hit play! Pause if you need more time between exercises or sets or write the exercises down to do on your own or at the gym!! Make it your workout🥰
We have 6 exercises, 6 reps each exercise, & we'll repeat through for 6 rounds.
6 Exercises:
Plank Walk Out + Push Up
Wide Squat + Hammer Curl Press
Plank Row + 4 Mountain Climbers
Reverse Lunges + Bicep Curl
Deadlift + High Pull
Burpee Devil Press
Shoulder Burner
