20MIN Arm StrengthConditioning Workout!
This workout will challenge you but in THE BEST WAY working on our upper body strength!!! We’re working our complete arms with just dumbbells to build💪🏼💪🏼 If you need more spice, grab some heavier weights. If you need somethng a little easier, grab soe lighter dumbells. It’s your workout!!
WORKOUT:
Starts at 1min 50sec
Warm Up
Lateral raises 3 x 10
Bicep curls 3 x 12
Overhead tricep extensions 3 x 10
Front raises 3 x 10
Hammer curls 3 x 12
Tricep kickbacks 3 x 10
W crul to angel raise to single tricep extensions 1 x 10
Stretch
We dont need a lot of time for this one to get an amazing workout in while working on our strength, so it’s perfect for a busy day! Well build strength & burn fat with this quick arm workout!!🔥🔥
Im using 8 & 10lb dumbbells for this arm workout.
Grab your dumbbells, water, & a sweat towel and hit play! Pause if you need more time between exercises or sets or write the exercises down to do on your own or at the gym!!
