Thank you for your tutorial! I have a question. Is it necessary that the name of the proxy footage must be the same as the high-quality source after merging? I changed the name and exported an XML file to DaVinci after editing, I couldn't relink the high-quality source. Thank you in advance for your reply.

That's incredibly important. It has to be the exact same name, with the exception of the extension (.mov, .mp4, .R3d, etc). And I usually put the proies in a separate folder.
