Thank everyone of you so much. I love how true to life reactions your episodes have always been, especially dealing with the day to day emotions one would experience onboard a ship in the black. Please continue to stay safe and well.

Nice framing device for a slice of life episode, giving a quick intro to the characters. And skillfully delivered, IMHO; sounding personable while delivering exposition isn't something every performer can do.

That was novel and unexpected. Showing a real interesting sense of what it would actually be like to live and work aboard a United States, I mean United Federation of planets starship.

A very beautiful, touching, poignant, thoughtful episode!! It’s not every day we get to see one crew member’s point of view, as she reflected on all her friends she knows. I dearly cherish & enjoy this wonderful & amazing series, with the amazing cast & crew of the ship granting us how they live, work well together, problem solve, & get the job done in an efficient manner. To me, this crew is my family. I’m so happy to see such a welcome diversity of races amongst the crew, who, to me, treat one another as beloved family members; ones they would risk their lives for to protect, & to bring them back home safely. Captain Privette is one of the most beautiful, elegant, noble, compassionate, honorable people I’ve ever seen. I’m so glad to see another awesome woman sitting in the Captain’s Chair. She always brings a sense of peace & grace. She exudes trust in her shipmates, encouraging them to go above and beyond when it comes to it. This is my home. This is what I feel embodies what Gene Roddenberry had taught us all. Compassion for others, coming to the negotiating table in peace, finding common ground for all to have an equal say. Another brilliant & beautiful episode❤️❤️❤️…

Aww a great episode about the lieutenant. Was nice seeing her story and what she thinks about her fellow crewmates. I'm sad this is the end of the Tristan, at least for now... I hope to see more of her and her crew soon.

"Lieutenant, you did something crazy that just managed to work. You're darned lucky. After this debriefing, I order you to report to Sickbay for a pysch evaluation. Then, take a day and a half off; you've earned it. Catch up on your mail, get drunk, sleep, I don't care. I just don't want to see you doing anything that could be called work. Got it?"

This was excellent and "True" Star Trek. It was very nice not to see any space battles (for no reason), care and concern about fellow crew members, and a little bit of fun and jesting as well.

Having watched other episodes with Privette, she struck me as someone who is great in problem-solving mode, and in personal matters with colleagues who are her peers (e.g., Dr. Anderson in "Relics and Regrets"), but with junior officers, she has to maintain a boundary. I see that in her interactions here with Lieutenant Johnson. There's a different dynamic with Asherah, as well, than with Johnson, perhaps because Ash is a division chief as well as a mainstay of away missions.
