ok man you have pissed me off this time. cmon mate you had to kill the purple spot cod i know they are prized fish but you will never proberly ever see another for a long time because of the small population you should have let it go and just took a photo. let them breed and maybe in 10 years time the population will be back to flurish and then we can enjoy them. i live in cairns mate and do heaps of spearfishing and only have i once saw 1 he was like 70cm but i let him go to breed and didnt shoot him because they are soo ilusive you should apreciate the nature and be selective and only eat and take what you need and not the whole lot. ok mate do better next time and dont let me down relese the big dogs ok
