Have you guys seen Turning Red by Disney? They have a bathroom scene with the daughter and mom, where the mom had thought her daughter started her period. She brought in pain meds, a heating pack, and a variety of pads. She told the daughter that she was changing and it wasn’t anything to be embarrassed about, etc. Sooo many parents FLIPPED at even the slightest mention of a woman’s cycle! The mom didn’t even say “period” she called it her “red peony” or something like that. lol All of this to say, I agree that I don’t think Disney/Pixar would be the ones to include anything about reproduction. I would be SHOCKED (but also happy/proud) if they did. It is sooo necessary. But people will always have something to complain about. Even more so if it involves a woman’s body. Shame. Love y’all! ❤
