I've got the Instant fryer and it's great. Never had a problem with over heating/burning. You have to adjust cooking times for each unit, even if only by a minute or so.

You messed up using the same settings for all 3. Air Fryers do not work like that. Every single air fryer (even the exact SAME model) will cook differently. You need to find the perfect temperature and time settings individually.
