Newport Back Bay in Newport Beach, California is one of my favorite places to bike in the world! The breathtaking sunset vistas, the smell of the ocean breeze, and the wind in your hair make for a relaxing and exhilarating later afternoon spin! The Back Bay is the inland delta that connects Upper Newport Bay with Newport Harbor. Newport Bay is an estuary and boasts a nature reserve, home to many diverse species of birds and marine life.

How do you view this through a VR headset? Just looks like a normal video at the moment. Beautiful scenery though as with your other vids, so would love to know how to view it properly through a basic mobile vr headset

If you are using a mobile phone, view this video in KZbin app, turn phone side ways (horizontal), in lower right corner of screen, press the icon that looks like a solid rectangle with two circles, this displays video in Google cardboard mode, you can put phone in a basic Google cardboard VR viewer. However, others are viewing video using Oculus Quest VR headset for best quality VR, hope this helps

How do you realign to face center when using in VR? Everytime I look around at the scenery and then try to look back to the center, the front isn't in front of me

I assume you are using KZbin’s google cardboard VR mode, where you put your phone sideways in a VR viewer. I have the exact same issue, and reached out with a complaint to KZbin, had no response. When I watch this video with Oculus Quest 2, I do not have this same issue, it always returns back to center. IMO the Oculus is really the best way to experience these videos in VR mode currently. Thanks for the feedback

Yes, I’m using a GoPro Max.. also have a Rylo360 and Nikon360.. but I like the image quality of the GoPro

Hi, the oldest videos were using a Nikon 360 (5 yrs ago).. the videos from 3-4 years ago were using a Rylo 360. Most recent videos (5.7K) are using a GoPro Max. Stay tuned as all new future videos will use the latest Insta360 6K cam!
