So nice to see L'il Bit enjoying the nest and leaping onto the perch--good job! Mum brought her youngest a special treat--her very own pigeon! L'il Bit did a fine job prepping and eating the prey. And then having a nice loaf on the ledge. I hope LB stays in the nest another day or two but she may not agree to my suggested schedule. Thanks so much for these precious moments, SKH.

Nothing definitive. They’re not quite strong enough to fly back up to the ledge, but the assumption is that they’re working up to it on a rooftop below. The parents will feed them wherever they are.

Floof #3 is making us wait for her turn to fledge. That's okay. In the meantime we can enjoy her antics as she grabs the entire prey from her mother and tells her she can eat it all. Thank you for the update 😁🥰❤️🐥🌈

They may return occasionally while they hone their flying skills and their parents teach them to hunt. This typically occurs for 4-8 weeks after they fledge.

I have loved all the floofs be it here in the US or overseas! Such a joy to be able to be a part of it in spite of the tears and fledging. They are God's creation and knows when one of them falls from the sky. Thank you SK H for taking us on this amazing journey! xo
