Sonetto always had green eyes, in the story she is described to have green eyes - it's just the visuals in the game don't always match that. But luckily the comics do and sometimes other media as well such as this music video. It's like how the color of Vertin shirt isn't consistent, it's once mentioned to match the color of her eyes which are grey, "Greetings! Today your shirt matches the color of your eyes very well." Yet, the game and promotion material will either show her shirt: dark blue, grey, black, dark grey, and blue. Though, this could be Vertin just rotating through her shirts like a normal person depending on her mood and not wearing the same singular one for life. Same with her suit changing between dark grey, black or royal blue. Perhaps, it was on purpose that they had Sonetto's eyes grey in the visuals instead of the green. Who knows. Here is one example of Sonetto's eyes being described green (Spoilers Ch 4.) [I once looked down at a brave young dog, It was gallant, the most courageous of all. It wears a hat in piebald, and has eyes of emerald.] The "hat in piebald" is her checkered ribbon since piebald is a black & white pattern, and "eyes of emerald" are her green eyes. Later in the paper, [It's again the brave young dog. Loyal and gutsy, it walks among the hearts of gold.] Sonetto is a character of virtues and her heart is full of gold. She is loyal to Vertin and the Foundation but more to Vertin. These are from a paper picked up in Chapter 4 titled, "The Song of a Puppy" It's talking about Sonetto because Sonetto is always compared to a puppy, her suitcase animal is a Sicilian greyhound (Cirneco dell'Etna) and there are references of Sonetto being a puppy such as the note, "The Puppy You Know" from Chapter 3 or the titles in Chapter 4,"The Road of a Puppy" and "A Wandering Dog." Jessica also mentioned that Sonetto smelled like a puppy. She's a loyal puppy.
