honestly, Spain has been dealing with this Problem for the past 60 years, and for the past 60 years the solution has been the same: Permit immigration from South Americas former Colonies. Few people outside Spain know this, but Spain has been a hardcore immigration country with negative birthrates for *SEVERAL* generations - but Spain also has a huge pool of native spanish speakers who have the same culture and religion essentially from which it can indefinitely draw replacement workforce.

@ i grew up in spain; ive been on student exchanges to southern america, my aunt is colombian - sure you're distinct. But frame of reference being: "Syrians in Germany" --> in comparison to that latinos are invisible in spain; they blend in seamlessly

It will not be Spain anymore.... Just focus on and be more open to tourists ( they dont stay long and they spent money) and related hospitality services.... medical tourism, and improve your physical Infrastructure as witnessed by the recent floods...But politicians are not strong enough.....seem very beholden to EU and Brussels.
