For everyone that has a Dollar Tree, they now have removable hooks that are not command brand. They are packaged just like their self adhesive hooks (blue package) but are in a green background package. I follow the instructions and I have not had any problems with things falling or paint coming off. You MUST clean the surface with alcohol, stick the hook on and apply pressure for at least 30 seconds and let it set at least 12 hrs before you hang anything on the hook. Up to 5lb (1 hook/pkg), up to 3lb (2hooks/pkg), up to 2lb (3 hooks/pkg), upt to 1lb (4 hooks/pkg) and up to 0.2lb (6-8 hooks/pkg). All for $1/pkg.

Thank you for this video. We live in a small house that we rent. The Landlord & landlady don't want us poking holes in the walls to hang things. I did the similar thingy with herb garden on kitchen cabinets. I substitute with dollar tree plastic flower pot, and fake plants it turned out beautiful.😀

Great ideas, I love command hooks......never thought of painting. I use them in the shower but never thought abt getting special ones. Mine have been hanging for a couple of yrs. Maybe I was lucky & picked up the correct ones witbout knowing it.

I noticed bars with S hooks in the beginning. S hooks can be pricey but metal shower curtain hooks can be an attractive and less expensive alternative. They have rounded edges, making them safer.

INSTEAD OF A SHOWER CADDY IN THE BATHROOM SHOWER I AM GOING TO USE A SPICE RACK AND HANG IT ON THE BACK WALL ACROSS FROM THE SHOWER HEAD. GREAT IDEAS FOR COMMAND HOOKS AND IT IS A LOT EASIER THAN NAILS AND STUFF. THANKYOU FOR SHARING

I used the adhesive strips from Command hooks to attach clear file pockets to the wall by my desk. I can reach my files sitting in my chair and so far the weight hasn't made them fall down.
