a little idea for your cooking - if you do something like the spiraled cucumber again, it can be quite nice to make quick pickles - basicly soak sliced cucumber in a mixture of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt for like fifteen minutes

I loved the recipes in this video! I especially liked the salmon cooking in the oven with the chicken at the same time! I will try that one day! We have a garden too! I've never grown spinach, but we have a variety of herbs and things.

As usual, the dishes all look incredible! The Mickey Mouse bun "ears" were my favorite touch (6:36), and using the halves of a frozen egg to make two fried eggs was a neat trick (6:00). At first I thought you were making Hasselback potatoes (4:10), but then you flipped it and cut it again. I'm not sure what you call that geometric shape (4:25), but as long as it tastes good, that's all that matters. 😋

The crab stick omelette kind of looks like bricks on a building, sort of. Something I just thought, what if you just took the egg whites, add a bit of blue food coloring. Take the red part out of the crab stick, and made the omelette like you did in the video. If you only add a few crab sticks, they could look like clouds in the sky. Or you could just make the outside look like clouds by putting some white on the outside part of the omelette.

That shape can be called “waffle” or it could be “relish”. The later is more common because it stretches to reveal a cross-hatch, waffle is more a static shape.

Thank you for the videos. I always enjoy them, and everything looks very yummy. But the Mickey sandwich was just silly. No one could eat it, like you said. So, why do it? If it looks cute but is impossible to eat without a lot of fuss . . . . I would not like to get something like that in my lunch. At lunch time, I am hungry, and want something easy to eat! That sandwich would have to be taken apart and eaten separately--just too much trouble. The rice sandwiches were too big to pick up and eat, too. You could only nibble around the edges. AARGH! I see this occasionally in US delis, too. Sandwiches that are impossible to eat.
