Well we could do with a drop of rain here to cool it down slightly but certainly not to those freezing temperatures that you have to deal with! May I ask do you have plans for Chiang Mai??

@@perfecthomeschiangmai Yea, i plan a 3 month vacation in early September if everything goes as planned. Going to Pattaya for a couple of weeks before i head up to Chiang mai. I have been browsing your houses for rent on your website, and i dont see any info on how long you need to rent. I know many wants a minimum of 3 or 6 months contract, so adding that info along with the deposit would be really good. Im probably speaking for a lot of people when i say that id hate to look at a house that i need a minimum 6 months contract when i only have 2 months before i have to leave. Would be nice to filter those 3-6-12 month minimum houses out if you know what i mean :P

Hi there, that is great news, let me let you know more about the rental lengths for condos the minimum we can offer is 3 months and for houses it is 1 year rental contracts. Very interesting. I'll make it a point to contact you when I come to Chiang Mai. Two suggestions though: 1. For those of us who are unfamiliar with you, please include the city name in the description and in the intro. 2. Use the "mirror" setting on your camera, if available. It makes it easier to read signage.

With regards to the live in house keeper, I have to be honest and say it is not as easy as it used to be, but still possible and I would say between 12,000 baht and 17,000 Baht a month. But these prices are a guess.
