Pascal, a lot of what you were speaking about resonates with myself. Thank you for sharing.

Steve. Looking forward to hearing where you end up on the coaching front. I have some thoughts but will keep them to myself and await your decision😂

It always feels like I’m listening to a couple of mates having a chat at a pub. This was another such chat. Pascal- my 13 year old son was assessed as autistic recently so much of what you talked about was very familiar to me. Big respect for your honesty and openness on the topic. Your ability to communicate so eloquently in your non native language is very impressive too. Well done Sir. You are an intelligent and good person and you add value.

Thanks a lot Richard and yeah, it's like the missing puzzle piece, that makes all of the other pieces fall into place. Again, it doesn't change a lot, other than it being helpful for people around me and myself, to understand and approach certain situations. Again, thanks for the kind words Richard!

Pascal I fully understand how you feel. I am the same in many social situations and certainly feel like I have the same undiagnosed autism. Some days I wish I was the only person on earth is how I would describe it. God bless you brother

As I mentioned in the episode, it at least helps me to understand certain behavior and all, and it especially helps people around me. Thanks for your message!

Appreciate the openness of the discussion. I’m not big on social interaction either. It’s just who we are, trying to pretend we are like the average will just lead to misery.

I feel like there are tons of people on the spectrum in the gym, especially if you zoom in on the dedicated guys - myself included. The gamification of the gym experience that we currently observe with all the training and food tracking apps, even the recent tier-list fad is very appealing to someone with a brain like mine. Zooming out, traditional bodybuilders walking around fueled by insane amounts of drugs, cheerios and plain rice with plain chicken carrying their little tupperware containers everywhere they go and doing the same exercises over and over again for years is peak autism even if they are not ready to accept it. I feel like there is potentially a lot of value in discussing and digging deeper into this topic.

Or maybe there isn't much of a norm, Pascal. If you're not engaging in self-destructive behavior, do enough to satisfy your partner. Then spend time doing what interests you and drives your mind. I do not like much social interaction myself. I like to spend my time productively nearly at all times. Drives me nuts to talk too much or sit still too long. Invest, lift weights, learn, improve, all the time.
