Wonderful building and amazing video. What about the noise from other constructions around?, and the traffic that might come from the big building projects nearby?

Traffic can be quite bad during office hours, given the immediate surrounding area of tall office buildings, the LRT station, school around the corner and proximity to KL Sentral. Nevertheless, it's not a long crawl out. Bad, but only for a very short stretch which can be cleared in a couple of minutes type of traffic. As for noise from nearby construction, it's always interim. Everything around is more or less developed. Once the other construction beside is completed, then there will be nothing else to develop within the vicinity that will cause audible noise polution.
