kudos to Jack for making a very detailed video. Noticed a comment below who has different perspective about this, and here is my opinion. Jack's videos is crucial for those who don't have access to the property. He captured the surroundings, the vibe of the property and even give us the little details and fun facts of the installation, fixtures, finishes, types of accessories provided by the developer. Other important scenes are included such as the long walk along the roads and pathway which anyone will find it hot to do so, the very important lift which your daily routine depends on it, and even showed us those corners and hidden sectors which you normally tend to ignore and give you problems after you make your purchase. These data are very important to viewers who are interested in the project and allow us to make informed decisions too. This level of details makes me feels like I am actually present in the property itself. Another thing to point out is Jack is a resourceful KZbinr and has immediate access to many new projects which open up a lot more choices. No doubt he has extensive network in the property industry. 💪

I can see that you're getting better at editing and the info you give is good. I really like it when you include a little bit history, house tips such as wardrobe placing, kitchen cabinet, window panel, aircond and the washing machine place. I give this video like 90 mark out of 100, because you cover all the basic that i need to know plus some education on history and tips. Also this project is really good in term of kids and adult pool, surau and etc. Overall, this video is 90/100, personally. The last part where you put that little garden details is the best, i just hope you walk and show us the bridge, you did lost 10 mark there...hehe Anyway, TQ for very informative video.

Didn't thought it was so nice, so I didn't cross it. It was only once I finished the shooting, was leaving the place, driving down from the carpark on the high floor, did I noticed the beautiful open vertical garden. Hence, the last minute shooting and slotting it into the end...hahahaha. >

Yeah, a unit that is very big and airy, coupled with a nice view, really makes a big difference in day to day living. It's what one would face and see on a daily basis. The facilities and commercial, which is not necessary what one will use everyday, is good to have and further completes the Tropika as a fully integrated residence. The connectivity between the residence and the commercials is just mind blowing.

I always like to see facility areas in new building 😁and this pool is beautiful. Love the golf course/greenery view. However, what you can't control is the wind direction because golf courses need chemicals to maintain, and if the wind blows to your direction it won't be good for you. Overall, it's a beautiful development.

Ah, that's interesting to note, on the use of chemicals to maintain the golf course. Now that you mentioned it, am curious on the quantity used, if at all harmful and the actual impact. Thanks for sharing.
