I love this home and keep coming back to look at it! The kitchen especially- I’m kind of over the open concept/island with sink faze. This design allows whoever is in the kitchen to feel apart but provides a bit of separation. I wish there was an option to add stairs for a huge bonus space over the garage. With all the extra space in the garage I feel like it would be an easy add.

I hear you about the kitchen! There is another plan I can send you that is a 1 story home but has an option to add a second story game room and bedroom/bathroom.

Very nice home, however, I'm not a fan of the wrap around kitchen. I prefer a more open layout with a large island. Perry Homes is a great builder. They seem to give a lot of bang for the buck. I saw the 3593W model in Fulshear, Texas (Houston area) and fell in love with it. Not sure if they build that home in Austin or the surrounding area.

Great point Brenda! They have similar plans that have a large kitchen island instead of the wrap. Perry seems to offer the most amount of plans out of any builder usually. Always appreciate reading your comments. Will see you on the next one!

View is great kitchen feels old school but spacious . Last but not least why do all the showers only have those half tile style shelves instead of niches cut out especially in the master bathrooms on a lot of these homes ? It doesn’t need an extra deep wall or anything special .

I agree with you. The shower niches are great and the builder just needs to put some small pieces of wood between the framing for it in most cases. By the way, you had a comment in another video asking about the spout at the bottom of a walk in shower but my video editor deleted it before I could respond. Some people put those in because before they pray, they wash their feet. It is tough to do that from a six or seven foot high shower head. Thanks for the feedback!

@@RajSahoo hey thanks for the explanation I had a feeling it was something deeper than just a extra faucet . Either that or I was thinking handicap reasons .
