I did the electric final trim on this house. Beautiful house! the only “miss” is you have to walk all the way around either end to get in the kitchen. There should be a cut through in front of the pantry for lazy people like me 🤣

Your the first person who was actually involved in part of the build process to leave a comment. That is very cool. If having to take a few extra steps to get to pantry is the only negative,I count that as a win. One of the coolest things I saw in a home was what builder called a Costco door. It was a small door from the garage to the pantry allowing you to slide your stuff straight into to pantry from the garage.

This home was just over 1M. Texas is a none discloser state so it would not be appropriate to announce the to the world what my client paid for it. Also, since my client contracted on this house 6 months ago, the prices have gone up.

There is a big horse stable and riding camp right around the corner from Vintage Oaks.

My clients closed on this house almost a year ago. Since Texas is a none disclose state, it would not be proper to tell the world what my clients paid for the house.
