490lbft that's a good number for the darkside, see if my math is correct, that would be about 666NM 😈. Impressive numbers, getting close to 200hp/liter, in a diesel..., 1150kg that must be a decent parts delivery van, will deliver before can hang up the phone 🙈. Sounds of this 4banger are epic! Must say, it's weird seeing a caddy without a divider between passenger and cargo compartment never seen that, but that is due to the Dutch roadtax system, does help with the sound though.

Not sure on the exact code but it is a DQ500 Box. Not an easy conversion in the Scirocco but anything is possible. It is the coding / wiring that will be the issue

Regarding oil I’m pretty clued up on the old pd engines but I’ve now got a leon cr170 stage 2 if you will no gubbings in the exhaust egr off all that good stuff but was wondering what oil would you recommend for it I know you use a lot of cr engines in your cars so just wanting your 10 bobs worth cheers in advance

The reason I asked re the fuel ⛽️ is with petrol it makes a big difference what brand of fuel you use to the power output. Ie Tesco 99 apparently gets 20 more horsepower than Shell Vpower on a mapped car, so they say and tuners not Tesco saying that

Hey. Will you ever do something with JTD/CDTI engines ? There are some companies that offer JTD upgrades but I was always curious why you never did anything with these engines. From my experience they are way more reliable compared to any M/N/B47 or any gen of TDIs.

Is DSG 7 speed version and does it have clutch packs clamp pressure increased? I have petrol EA888 DSG mapped to 390hp and stock DSG is fine, but torque is different for the tdi.

Yes it is a DQ500 7 Speed and has a map for increased clutch pressure
