The daughter is being ridiculous talking about she wanted to be included in the father and son reaching out to each other. The father son relationship isn’t her business. They were trying to get to know each other. That is a personal one on one relationship just like her relationship with her dad is separate from her siblings.

The father did nothing wrong! The mom slept with a man she’d laid eyes on twice, while in a relationship. She ended up pregnant and didn’t know whose it was, so she chose to act like it was her boyfriend. But he left her and since she didn’t know where Michael was…Abdul ended up fatherless. End of story. Also…that daughter got on my last nerve! Girl this isn’t about you and your mother!! This was about a man waiting 39 years to find his dad

Mom raised the guy into a wonderful young man, that anyone would be proud to call him son. This father on the stage need to recognize how blessed he is to have a son as handsome and as understanding and kind as he is. He wants to move forward, not dwell in the past. He is apart of your legacy, now you have 5 kids. That's beautiful. I hope everyone (sister) can move past the hurt and see the bigger picture. Imbrace each other, cause when the parents are gone, you all still got each other. May God bless you all.

It's a little weird that everyone is so against the dad. Abdul mother didn't even tell him he could have been the father and apparently when he came to the home she still didn't say anything. I often feel like Karamo favours women than the men. Two people met that day and a baby came out of it. If the mother didn't inform the guy then how is he supposed to know. The issue here is that we want to feel bad for the woman because she raised him alone for 39years. It's just odd to me. The sister being there too like a chihuahua was seriously too much. It's about the son and the father.

I completely agree. I was very annoyed at all the BS that was thrown at the Dad. She admitted that she didn't tell him. They both cheated. Karamo shouldn't have allowed that audience member to call that man a dog. I'm happy that was his Dad but he had a right to defend himself.

I was also in the military, and contrary to what many people might think, it wasn’t always easy to locate people simply because they’d served in the military. A long time ago, they had post locators, and they also had a “Worldwide Locater”, but even then, results weren’t guaranteed. I had a really good friend that I looked at as a little bother, and I would absolutely love to find him and see how his life is going, but in all the years that I’ve searched, I’ve only come up empty-handed.

How can they demonize Mike when he didn't know he had a child? Many 19 yr old youn people will have sex outside of their committed relationship. It is a function of that age. I am disappointed in Karamo. He doesn't know if Abdul's mother was mistaken in her memory of Mike meeting Abdul when Abdul was 3 months old. Meka is acting like some kind of fairytale got destroyed for her. Everyone needed to reflect on how the average 19 yrs old teenager behaves. The focus should have been moving forward from where they all were. Abdul is the one most affected, and he was the most gracious and level-headed.

Abdul’s mother said it best without judgment to Mr. Michael’s defense, “we were young, don’t worry about it”. You can’t change the past but you can certainly begin to build the present and future. Abdul’s sister needs to accept her dad’s apology, release her mother’s offense, and begin to live in the moment free of judgement for her dad. When a person feels judged, it makes for an uncomfortable environment. Give him the liberty to just be free then perhaps, he’ll open up and share more with you daughter.

With all due respect Karamo i respect you but this man truly didnt know. Its so upsetting to see everyone ridicule him. He honestly didnt do anything wrong in this sense. Yes he had his fun being a teenager but the mom said nothing to him. How was he suppose to know that he had a son. Its also overwhelming for him. All i see is people putting the blame on him including his daughter. Yes i am a parent too. And i would not keep it away from my potential childs father but if you look at it. The mom really didnt think he was the father until later and the actual father had no idea that he was infact the childs father. Its not fair that this father is being put to blame for everything. I sincerely feel for him and hopefully he will now have a relationship with his son after not knowing. I had to put myself in his shoes. He did dirty when he was a kid but has grown up to be a good man. Give him the benefit of the doubt.

Sound like the Mom said the Dad didn't know just to protect her sons feelings. He knew. Why else would he hold her baby ? Praying for healing to them all.

Lol Karamo was definitely in talk show mode in the first story. He was stirring that pot! 😂 finding it hard to fully believe the father but the daughter is being a little annoying, you’re 40, get over yourself already and refocus on poor Abdul. That’s who this is about.

It's mom's fault. Im 29 soon to be 30 next month and i never met my father, when I reached out to him he told me my mom never informed him about me. He knew i existed but was wainting on my mom to tell him that i was his. He's now married with two other daughters. So he couldn't give me the relationship i wanted because he's married and that his wife was fighting with him because of me. It's sad what our parents put us through because all i wanted was a relationship and nothing else.

His father is self centered all he was trying to do was defend something he already knew at 19. He knew he was a rolling stone he needed to take accountability that hey all the women he had then there is a possibility of more kids

He's not self centered he's just defensive and doesn't want ppl to look at him in a way that he was when he was 19 No he didn't know...the mom even said that, she said I had another man and just told him that it's her son and not his. She didn't even know who the father was n shes the woman and she's not telling him otherwise

The lens in the eyes of a 19 yr old are not like the ones in your eyes. They didnt have a relationship. She was just a fling. Got pregnant and didn't know who the father was. She's lying big time.
