Daph is wild hating on this game. Literally one of the best horror games ever made and it still holds up so well ten years later with sound, visuals and atmosphere. Devs mimicking the feel and helpless horror of surviving against a xenomorph from the movies was done perfectly which no one has come close to doing.

I get the point she is making, this game can feel like a bit of a slog, especially once you get to the end game. Still for it's time and the kind of genre it was designed for, this game absolutely deliveres on all ends. I think the massive success it ended up being is justified and not just because people overhype a franchise.
