These are just different trains. Both have the same origin and destination and are manifests, that's why it is the same number. Sometimes, if the yards are very crowded with cars, they must run "extra" trains. We've also already had Q, R, I, S, L, and X trains with the same number. There might also be additional reasons for the different letters which I don't know, though.
