Did you read that synopsis though? Prince Adam grows up on Earth and is whisked back to Eternia. It sounds potentially interesting, but that's just not He-Man. He's supposed to grow up as the Prince of Eternia and learn humility through becoming He-Man. If he doesn't grow up on Eternia, it changes his entire arc, it's an odd choice in my opinion.

The thing about the maze runner books is that the movie does follow its trajectory of storytelling. Yes they changed a lot to the point where it stopped being about the maze very early on but they do still escape the maze, get tangled up with the cranks/zombies and being betrayed by Teressa in the desert and everything about trying to engineer a cure for the flare virus. It’s just that in movie format they have to skip A LOT so that the second movie would fully follow the second book instead of being half the first book and then the second book.

I dont know what they could do with the maze runner tbh because thomas and teresa were the ones that created the maze with wicked (we find out in fever code one of the prequel books) and after reading the books only group a (thomas and teresa’s group) and group b (the all girls group with Aris , Alice, and Harriet) in the maze simultaneously

OKAY YO CHECK THIS! “a fox twist on mcu moments” what if in Deadpool and Wolverine they replace all the mcu deaths with their fox counterparts?!?!?! So for example they travel back to when quick silver died but they replace him with the fox quick silver so that the mcu cannon can live on in the new timeline!!! initially they could do this for gamora and iron man and we could get a crazy cameo from whoever the fox universe iron man was supposed to be, like tom cruise!

Maybe, the trailer for Deadpool and Wolverine doesn't show the cowl because it would look choppy, going back and forth with cowl, then without, then with it again ... And maybe he wears it during some scenes that, in the trailer look like they are closer together in the movie than they are. The scene where Dogpool is licking Pools face is definitely one where he either has the cowl on or it's a different character altogether.

CG isn't easy. Sculpting, retopologizing, texturing, rigging, animating, simulating, camera solving, motion tracking, rotoscoping, lighting, compositing aren't easy. Sculpting, casting, molding, painting, rigging, and puppeteering is special effects. CG is digital effects. Both take skill and are great when executed properly. CGI isn't just thrown in a shot. It's not a shortcut. But it does suffer from improper management. Practical has the benefit of photographing and troubleshooting to its strengths on set, where CG often suffers when they didn't get or prep what they need but there still has to be something added to the shot... I'm so excited for Fede's Alien film because of this balance of both tools - it would be a mistake to make a creature feature and NOT include practical.

I would like the physical cowl but realistically even if it was, they'd probably still replace it with cgi because of the animated white eyes alone. maybe partly or maybe entirely but its likely. Deadpools whole head, i think, was replaced for the most part in the first 2 Deadpool movies in order to enhance and exaggerate the eye animation and the jaw moving when he talks. Nonetheless, I hope he at least wears one on set for the cgi artists to reference
