3CB FACTIONS | ArmA 3 Mod Review

A big thank you to The Shermanator for the review. Much appreciated. To answer some of the questions posed at the end of the video, the Factions pack won't require our 3CB BAF mods. It just requires RHS and CBA. Also, it isn't really a replacement for Project Opfor. We currently use that alongside RHS in our missions. This is to compliment it really with new vehicles and factions for our mission makers that can't be found in Project Opfor or RHS. I will be adding more as required by 3CB, for eventual release to the community at some point. I am in the process of finishing off a Chernarus civilians faction and adding extra CDF vehicles to the RHS GREF CDF factions to flesh them out further when running the pack. This pack won't be as comprehensive as CUP or Project Opfor. Also, to answer a question below, I gave the Takistan forces a small Navy to allow for them to invade other countries in the region. :)

the ANA IRL has some terrible camouflage, apparently as a result of a massive budget dump by the US military in an effort to provide them with effective operational camouflage, but ended up giving them something that doesn't belong in a primarily desert country.

Ngl my favourite faction mod, this video is old, now there is alot more, like Chernarus Police - I love them, could be used to block traffic, take care of civils, their patrol police looks like typical european police.

Rather in-depth faction mod : nice tool. It must weigh a ton though : probably places ARMA 3 on a HDD, unless one has a huge SSD. ( my SSD only has ARMA 3 and Post Scriptum for performance. All other games are on the HDD.)

Project Opfor is dead for some time, but anyway this mod will make standard higher and with CUPs CFP mod its a lot of competition going around.

You should set up a convoy with prisoners that the militia are attacking it for and your team goes in to help them.

how do i disable randomisation of the kits? Im in the Eden editor trying to create custom loadouts but once I play the scenario they don't have whatever I gave them. Should I place the 3CB module before placing all units and disable randomisation or am I missing something?

I think you can select units either solo or all at once or multiple at once and disable 3cb random

If you search up the Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead campaign intro, it shows a map of full Takistan with a sea on it's eastern flank
