Have you ever had flashover problems with the roller inductor? I was thinking of getting a NOS Soviet era one for a GS-35B based multiband amplifier. Some of them go up to 70uH, but probably wouldn't need that high of an inductance, just as long as it's beefy enough for 1.5kW! Any thoughts?

MM0IMC This inductor has a large contact, I only operate at 1.5kw on ssb and have not had any trouble.

Not that anybody would do it but would that inductor handle full power of a 3000?

What you can't see is this was a custom built inductor, the contacts are the size of a pencil eraser. It will handle 5kw.
