Actually, "Arcane" is an outsourced product. It was made by Fortiche Production, that already made a lot of cinematics for Riot in the past ("Rise", "Get Jinxed", "POP STARS" and so on).

13:00 = POW is for Powder; Jynx's name. VI is for Violet; the pink haired sister. This scene just shows that even now with how much stronger Powder has become, she is still not even stronger than Vi was several years ago.

Great video. Although you don't realize just how symbolic the things you notice are to the story... Not to take anything away from the video. Simply goes to show just how much effort and quality work was poured into this show. Ex: the textures that flash when we enter her mind aren't just lines.... it's the name of her sister! POW refers to her own name; Powder.

Unfortunately it really isn't possible to analyze a scene from this show out of context on more than a superficial, technical level. Arcane is heavy on visual symbolism. You need the context of the rest of the show to pick up on the meaning.

You make a great point! Arcane does rely heavily on visual symbolism, and understanding the full context of the show definitely enriches the viewing experience. It’s true that a lot of nuances might be missed when scenes are viewed in isolation. Yet, even with limited information, the artistry and technical execution are indeed beautiful. Every scene feels like a masterpiece!

I've never understood why on earth Riot Games decided to put this scene among the promotional videos... you can't appreciate it if you don't know what came before, and it's even spoiler-ish... but you did a good job.
