To me the winner was the 2nd place. It was just so extremely well done story-telling, animation and everything else. I want to see that movie so bad. The winner was amazing but didnt give the same goosebumps. My opinion.

Second place was way too cluttered imo. It works in this context because they loop the shot a dozen times, but if you only saw that shot one time in a movie, way too much is happening to fully compehend it

The way the hero perfectly dodges the slash by starting their flip during the windup of the attack feels like a perfectly timed doge in a video game. It gives me that feeling of fighting a boss over and over until you learn all of their attack patterns and tells, finally winning with a perfect run. It makes me desperately want to play a souls-like inspired by South America.

Of course it's amazing but I've got other preferences 3rd place - 2:59:24 ??? I'm starting to get real worried here about my favourites. I mean, it's not doing anything wrong at all, it's firing on all cylinders, but I simply think there are so many other better looking renders 2nd place - 3:00:21 ??????? In the other challenges I've been more or less agreeing with your choices, but I'm just not feeling this top 5 at all. Maybe I just don't like the style of this render, but there were a lot of renders more deserving of the 2nd place, let alone a spot in the top 5. Wow. 1st place - 3:01:13 shocked. If I made the cactus vs rabbits (1:44:44) or the vr controlled robot punch (32:42) I'd be fuming. They are the best submissions by a long shot. Not a single one of my top 5 made in into the official top 5. That's why you judge for yourself as well before you see the top 5 by clint, so you don't get influenced. It's obviously a stellar render, but in my opinion, not deserving of top 1, probably not even top 5. Definetly one of the highest quality renders though. ALL THE RENDERS WERE AMAZING, NO HATE HERE, JUST MY OPINION. AWESOME EVENT CLINT

@@scricraft4764 thanks! I think this is one of the 3D challenges hosted by pwnisher with the best results, there's just so many fabulous renders. Despite me disagreeing completely with the top 5, I still think all the renders in the top 5 chosen by clint and raf are awesome. It's not like they're undeserving, I just think there's so many other better-looking renders in the top 100. Well, they're the experts, and I don't know anything about 3D and vfx at all, I just like to watch what people make. have a good day!

Interesting thing; since the videos are each 5 seconds, and KZbin's arrow key skips are 5 seconds each, if you use the arrow key skips, you'll end up on about the same frame, just 5 seconds forward. Awesome vid!

If i could make something like this, my entry would be this: The Flash standing in the middle and a huge robot attacks him by slamming his hand on him, while the palm of the robot is super close to slamming him, the slow motion starts and Flash goes all speed force and he is going all over the robot unscrewing bolts and when the slow motion ends the robot comes apart and Flash leaves the scene
