Guys don't waste your money on stupid and unclear Udemy courses, if you wanna learn Maya this is it. Buy it and thank me later. In the beginning it seems hard and confusing because Mario explains every possible scenarios for our benefit but as you progress you will see how valuable and time saving what he teaches. If you get confused just watch it again and again then you will realise how much knowledge is there for you. Good work Elementza...

your tutorials are amazing. I just have a question. Whenever I snap my pivot in either face mode or edge mode or vertex mode, I need to reset the settings to have the normal pivot position( like when u select a vertex it would snap to the vertex). Could u help me correct this bc u reset it with one of your marking menu items

Elementza! I always have a question in my mind. Is there any reason you choose Maya over 3Ds Max?
@c.s.christopher58012 жыл бұрын
Maybe because Maya is pretty much the industry-standard? Especially in VFX/film/animation.

What theme are you using on maya?

It is just a custom setup. I mentioned it here kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4SkaqJ3g7-Uhqc

Hello there, your viewport looks so smooth. How can I make mine like this especially working with nurbs or curves?

Your UI scaling makes a bit difficult to follow. I suppose this is one issue with all Autodesk software and you can't scale the font and icons more

I missed your C4D tutorials XD, why switch to Maya?
@Elementza5 жыл бұрын
Over time I was working faster in Maya so, just kept using it :)

I've switched from C4D to Max and I found that it's easier for me to modeling. And I'm missing good UV tools in C4D, especially for game assets it's not very good (UE4 don't understand well Phong tag, the equeivalent for Smoothing Meshes in Maya/Max, I think). Also was trying Maya but for me was little buggy, crashes more often. The modeling was also faster than in C4D though.
