I really liked the art style of this one! The girl was amazing. Only note is I don't understand the scale of the chicken. Since it's 2D but is moving in 3D space it's hard to tell where it is three dimensionally compared to the girl in order to know if the chicken is bigger than the girl or not.

Good one! Could be the resolution of this stream but it was a little blurry and dark. Also the soldier getting shot right before the vault next to that soldier could have been told more clearly. I also agree with what they said about most soldiers wouldn't be in the open, some would be peeking from behind trees, using cover more, etc. And holding the gun up to shoulder height to aim and not hip firing (given how few bullets you can shoot, you don't want to miss if you can help it). But the story and overall quality was great!

It was a really good one! Definitely felt like Battlefield. The note about the reflections showing light from fires that you can't actually see was the only problem I had with that one. Otherwise I really liked it. I liked that he shot at the soldier while vaulting, however would he really have run that close to an enemy before firing a weapon?

Sam’s callout to the Moebius style of 2:30:00 was spot-on and helped me see why I loved this animation. Like Moebius, the artists understand the power of open spaces and shapes, which makes the animation and figure details sing. And I love when the floating starts and his foot misses the step.

These are all amazing! Only comment and note I have is that I don't think there's enough emphasis on the importance of the rhythm of the animation and the way it interacts with the materials' physics properties of the environments. Even though most of these are not custom animations, there's an importance to pay attention to the way the camera movement, and the speed at which the environment pans past, implies the rhythm and timing of the animation. One animation submission that I really liked which I felt did a very good job at respecting this aspect of the challenge was the Shadow of Colossus looking one very early on where the giant statues in the background come to life. What really stood out with this was how the camera worked with the tripping motion that organically came before the jump. Instead of consistently moving forward the motion, it hesitated, not just in a slow down impact effect but in a slowing of forward progression. This really grounded the animation into the environment respecting the material properties of the ground instead of seeming a touch floaty as if the animation and the environment are two separate thoughts and executions. But again these all are amazing! Far better than I could make, especially in the rendering and material design!

The loop length is exactly the length of the skip forward time so when you fast forward you are in the same frame.

Im pretty sure the last halo shot at 3:38:00 is a reference is the live action trailer of Halo: Reach when the original Noble 6 dies.

21:14 There are bullet hits Nico. On the anti tank jack looking things just behind the character. There is a delay from the muzzle flashes to when the bullets hit the top of it due to the distance from where he's being shot.

1:40:20 Was honestly one of the coolest shots. Too bad about the jet shot not being perfected, but even the jet is SO WELL DONE...That dragon in the back, the way the train closes distance... Top 10 for sure.
