Ive always wanted to try the plastic->metal experiment, so when they contacted me I knew I could make it work. A 3d handheld pen is kind of a solution without a problem. The thing people like about 3d printers isn't the material being emitted , it's the ability to design something in a computer and have the computer handle generating it with the material. It would be like saying, "hey, you like color printers? well, here's a magic marker"!
