For anyone working with carbon fibre sheets, be aware that once cured, carbon fibre bends in one direction, and is stiff in another direction. So if you had a square, it could flex on the x-axis, but hard as steel on the y-axis. Important to know which direction you want to be flexible e.g. flexible across your arm, but NOT flexible length-wise down your arm. (Hope that makes sense)

Electroplating is essentially reversing a battery's ionic charge from a cathode to anode so that the metal ions are deposited on the anode. Normally this would lead to battery failure, but in this case it is useful. Ironically (ionically? ;), this is how corrosion also functions, but in reverse.

The world: "Elon must be an alien" Alex: "Hold my vodka" - build IronMan by him self!! Now who is the real alien?! 😂😂😂😂 Quick question: you mentioned Blender and AutoCad as 3d modeling programs, do you use any others or just these two?

You can actually 3D print the armor out of metal by covering the plastic print with ceramic to make a cast, let it dry, burn/melt the plastic out, and then pour metal into the ceramic cast in a crucible and then once it dries break the ceramic off of the metal. Certainly high effort, but it makes it possible to create metal parts without expensive tools.

I didn’t even start with the video clip yet and already gave it a like. If I were a billionaire I would create a tech empire together with you to make the world a better place.
