Dovetails would be a bit more challenging as the jig would need to be adjustable for different thicknesses...

At 3:49 you can see that the lowest finger is not fitting, is this a mistake during work or of the jig itself? Great idea though, i will test it.

To increase stability I would make the wood thickness an option and generate supports on both sides.

If you would generate supports on both sides you could no longer register the board against the print...

Great thing with many possibilities. But sadly the costomizer isn't working since months. Is there any other method to costomize it?

Just download OpenSCAD and the files from Thingiverse. Open the file and change the parameters at the top and then export the STL.

In the customizer now. What does the min wood thickness setting change?

It is the smallest thickness of wood you want to use - it makes the pin shallower.

@@WayofWood Uhm... The hight of the pin? It is hard to see on the customizer as it works so slowly. I still dont understand the need for this setting, but I guess it will make more sense after I see and test the print.

You can download OpenScad for free and then open the document is OpenScad. The changes there are updated automatically. For most of the values the default values are not too bad of a starting point. ;-)

@@WayofWood Great. Thanks. I am printing now with a 21mm bushing setting. But the busing doesnt have stright sides. So I may have to print your bushings as well.
