Absolutely superb, beautiful design, well engineered construction with the quality in all the right places and a perfect compact internal set up. Have you ever thought of marketing them as a complete kit? I am sure there would be enough of a demand for them to make it profitable. A set of printed instructions and a link to this video would make for a comprehensive kit.

If you cut the ends of that sealing chord at a relatively high angle, say 60 degrees or more. and make it so it fits with just a TINIEST BIT of compression, with the angle in the horizontal plane, the top will squish the ends together to form a watertight seal. The other option is to glue the ends with a glue that dries as pliable as the gasket material, or make it such that a standard sized o-ring will fit (you can get then to pretty long lengths still at small longitudinal diameters). Right now it is pouring in my front yard and practically dry in the back...weird. If you designed that boat yourself, very nice, well thought out.

Neat design, definitely on my list of things to print. I love how much of this thing is battery ;-) Thanks, good luck in your future builds.

😁 yeah you understand my design. Small, dynamic "boat hull" filled with a motor, some electronics and batteries for energy storage. 👍👍🚀
