Imho the hole for exhaus is way to small, it nearly touches the pipes. What about vibrations?

Maybe but the bigger the gap the worse it looks. If you think your going to hear a minor rattle that far back, you maybe forgetting this is a solid mounted and structural engine and as such is more race car than any road car. I have ordered the rally car stile intercom system so my ears don’t bleed on long trips 😉
