Squeezed the clamps with pliers. Then printed 2 vases (9 hour and 23h22m) without any problem.

Doesnt have to be the heat cartridge buddy. Could be both the wiring to the hot-end.....software...the hot end element itself. Or have you IDENTIFIED and diagnosed or found it to be so somehow?

I found out that it was a bad electric contact . You are right that it could be another thing. See also www.zekitez.com/Creality/index.html

Today I have opened the control box and measured the voltage for the heat cartridge on the processor board (see "CR-10 Motherboard Swap" kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKvJfHqYrNmFY6M to check how it is connected) . The heat cartridge connector had ~12Volts and thus OK. Then I tried to measure the voltage close to the heat cartridge to exclude a wire break or bad contact. I removed the kapton tape which binds the heater cartridge wires and the thermistor wires. Then moved the red isolation close to the cartridge up to reveil the contacts/clamps... and voila I measured ~12 Volts and the catridge was heating... My conclusion is that the clamps provide bad electric contacts.

I just got my cr10 4 days ago my heat on the bed and nozzle were dead this morning also . Think it has something to do with the control box
