Hey a comment to Ross, he really drove the data and value home regarding my specific need for repeatable drilling or screwing operations performed by hand while using 3d printing tools to complete the challenge. Cheers to Ross and markforged team

Fantastic application for additive manufacturing! 3D printing our contoured jigs saved us lots of time and $$$. Great video!

+ or - .005 for the tolerance. That would work for some stuff. You need to locate the jig with a laser tracker and the dowel. So you can achieve.001 tolerance.

you said the guides backwards i think. looked like you showed the tap guide when talking about the predrill guide and vise versa.

I did wander how a tap could be smaller than the tap drill 😅

I love Markforged, but the price is prohibitive for me😭😭😭😭. And the fact that every printer is for a single filament , could only let me cry much more😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I broke your 3D printed part in my hand that you said wasn’t breakable
