how is FreeCAD, now that you gained some experience, comparing with the other one?

For somebody who is brand new to 3D printing and never done CAD, I would still point them at tinkercad as a first design tool. It is very easy to come to grips with. However there is no comparison to FreeCAD. FreeCAD is a very powerful tool, providing capabilities far beyond tinkercad. And really not that much more difficult to use in the later versions. Auto constraints and auto removal of redundant constraints has made it so much easier to work with. And it really frees you to design without limitation.
