3D Printing Habitats on the Moon: ICON's Project Olympus

This is a SUPER OLD idea. In fact, I thought there was a NASA challenge or something that asked to try to get liquid from moonrock and the idea was to send some 3D printing contraptions to the moon and have then autonomously print habitats for future landers. I want to say I either remember hearing that or am a genius and came up with it on my own like 20 years ago. lol
