DVD Encryption was much more simple than BluRay. DeCSS. As well, to this day, DVD movies have better title screens and packaging and all around presentation than BluRay's ever did or ever will. BluRay's only saving grace is better resolution and 3D.

Some sad news my 3d tv has broken screen keeps jumping up and down.

That is terrible news. You've been cast out of the 3rd dimension. Do you have space for a projector?

@ I don’t think so I may do but projector more hassle to set up. I bought a 4k oled 2d tv, I just hope I can get it repair

@@DanielMazz I hope so too. From what I've heard unless the problem is something simple like a loose ribbon cable then very few repair shops can help you. If your 4k TV has a high frame rate option there is a guy working on a dongle to give it active 3D. en.gradient-sg.com/ But its not a finished product and there's no way to know if it'll work on your TV until you've bought it and tried it. So don't buy it unless you OK with losing the money.
