I spent 4 months taking photos of a fire engine at work - every component, every body surface and texture while I made the model. Then I got a Gaussian Splatting engine, walking around the fire engine twice while I Gaussian Splatted it and then left it to process. 10 minutes later - I had an absolutely perfect model of the same thing I had spent months modelling.

I take your point - I personally am not putting Kiri Engine on my phone while it sends data to Chinese servers to process. There is another software which is free and the processing is done on your phone.

@@Tallacus Scaniverse is free and does all the image processing on your own phone. It never sends data anywhere else.
