unfortunately for me the step at 0:39 does not work. when i switch to the models module after having created the cut plane i can only move the plane created with markups but not the cut plane. and because of this the model doesnt change, but only the position of the visualized plane from "markups"

The cut plane is a simple markups plane. Make sure to choose that plane as "Plane node" in Dynamic Modeler / Input nodes section. Please post further questions on the Slicer forum (discourse.slicer.org). Thank you!

Does this module exist on the new version 5.0. 2?

Yes, it is available in Slicer 5.0.2. If you hit Ctrl-F and then type "Dynamic" then you should see the "Dynamic modeler" module listed.
