Nice video NV . I liked your idea of using grids. My question : won't bezier tool to create 3d effect using snapping be faster? compared to interpolation method?

there's an arrow in the bottom right corner of the color palette. click that and you can choose your desired color palette.

When I try to extrude from path it doesn't look like yours. The letters are flat and very spread out perpendicular to the text that I made. Thanks for the help anyway.

Did you convert it to a path before extruding?
