I switch the spring of the clutch for the One on the acelerator so i can get more pressure on the acelerator do u think that the clutch option you have will work good on the the acelerator pedal using the clutch spring?

i want my throttle to get stronger, its too light. how much stronger will it be after the mod? strong as the clutch? and what exactly is the throttle mod doing? i dont understand at all, what that thing is changing.

Tried the magnetic clutch - didn’t really like it. Great idea but poor execution: the magnets rub against each other and end up creating “rubbing” sound. The pedal then sounds and acts like it’s “broken” or doesn’t fit well. Not sure if swapping magnet polarities would’ve achieved a better result or making the bottom part from a much harder material, so that magnets would not touch each other when passing (the plastic bends because of the magnet force which causes magnets to touch each other). In any case, I think in any case there needs to be more clearance/space between the magnets to avoid them rubbing together. I think this needs further testing and more refinement

Hello, as I can see you have experience. I’ve been running stock tlcm t300 th8a and was thinking for an improvement. Do you think the brake mod from 3drap is good and can you give some advice on improving the setup? Thanks in advance.

@@goshochernii I found the brakemod a bit too hard for my liking, so, it depends. If you play circuit raicing or F1 and prefer firmer pedal response - than you can try it. I personally went with using a combination of a red spring, 2 x rubber spacers (approx 50 shore hardness) and a skateboard bushing (approx 80 hardness), separated with metal washers. All can be found on Amazon. This gives me a firmer progressive feeling, still better than stock springs and easier to do heel and toe (I play rally too). You can experiemtns with spacers' softness. For a throttle pedal - I got a firmer spring. It's softer than clutch but harder than the stock throttle spring. 3drap solution may work - which increases spring pre-load. Some prefer to swap clutch and throttle springs but I think the clutch spring may be too hard to keep the throttle constantly depressed. Pedal face plates - if you are lucky, you can find a longer throttle face plate from Sparco (they used to make those) but you'd need to use countersunk drill bits to make 2 holes suitable for the screws. If it's flat - need to pre-bend the plate itself a little bit to give it some radius. It's made of alluminium so it's bendable, if you have the right tools or can jsut stick it underneath the door and pull up. TH8A - find a mod which uses ball bearings, these work and feel best - can find on ebay. Shame the 3drap clutch mod didn't work out - the magnets just rub against each other make an awful noise so was a complete waste of money
