Is it possible to use Camera01 say after Camera03 - Like cutting the clips. (using it after the end of camera03) Shoud I create a new StateSet or is it possible to cut the "clip" into more than one areas on the same state set ?

I did exactly as you did, but as you scrub, your green arrow moves down the state sets and you see the different camera views - mine doesn't show any arrow becoming green and therefore no camera changes occuring .

is this usable if your cameras are moving? i'm guessing it doesn't drag their motion with the timeline, just splices what cameras are active and when

oh to answer my question, if you right-click the shot (colourful bar) and choose 'lock camera animation' the camera's keyframes will also scale with the coloured bar. but use it with care, the scaling will place keyframes between frames, creating ticks. You'll have a scene with Frames:Ticks

after rendering one camera it asks me to overwriting so all the camera views are not rendering..pls help

I try to render all the cameras at once, but it tries to overwrite what already has been render.

In this example we are rendering the "Active Time Segment" so all frames should be name correctly as long as your doing that and the time segment changes for each camera. For other setups you can look at using States/Render Output which has a lot of tools and tokens for naming your output. Lastly you can manually record a new output path for each State if you wish.
