3DS Max 2017 wire parameters dynamically rotate car wheel

Hi, is it possible to work fine when the car rotated 45, -45 and 180 degrees or random degree? I also use wheel rig like this and others. However, it always worked at 0, 90 and -90 degrees. Thanks
