Hello again, thanks to a door width, I derived the dimensions that are more like 10m x 17m.

Very helpful thank you. I like the spline approach. I'm trying to recreate the floor plan in 3ds max, I came up with 16 m x 24 m. Is it close enough or I am way off? Thank you

Best and cleanest method is to trace all walls with splines, extrude and boolean out openings.

Everything sounds good until you use Boolean: it does not give the cleanest geometry so far.

Make sure you create your walls using the right instrument called “wall”. In case it doesn’t work use link tool to create the connection between the door and the wall.
