what he said is true, I have done that and it worked! less to none carbs and sugar, only take in natural sugar but refined ones. Eat and cook with natural fat like ghee, raw butter, tallow, coconut oil, EVOO etc. Lots of greens, nuts and beans. Some meat and seafood along with green tea, black tea and coffee would def make you healthier. I guess the most important thing is to stop eating junk food and sugary drinks.
