我不擅長做麵食,有限的幾次幾乎全軍覆沒!爲了消化買的高筋麵粉所以找了幾個做麵包的視頻,阿栗的這個視頻只用基本食材,步驟簡單,所以昨天試了第一款!很驚喜的是它成功了,雖然一定比不上專業製作,但是烤出來的麵包可口,我一口接一口的吃!所以真是謝謝你,分享簡單製作又美味的麵包食譜!給了新手的我信心,

I want to make the first recipe with whole wheat flour, should I use the same flour weight as the white flour (260g ) or should i make the water more than (200g) or less ?

您好,一發可以把發麵盆放在35°C左右/和體溫相近的溫水里發麵(水平面不超過盆口);二發可以把面盆放在不開電源的烤箱里,並在烤箱四角放盛了熱水的容器,關上烤箱,讓面團在封閉溫暖的环境里發酵👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰❤️一發和二發的過程中如果水溫降低可以更換水💐💐🌹🌹🌹

您好,發酵正常的麵包散髮的是麥子的香味🥰🥰🥰這個情況一般來說有可能是面團發酵過度/發酵不充足而產生一些味道👍👍👍
